🔥 New architecture
A big and important update — welcome to the improved code for receiving data! This will speed up the work of large teams with a lot of data and processes. We are waiting for a team of thousands of people.
General improvements
- In the drop-down lists for selecting performers, responsible persons and subscribers, a button has been added to invite a new user directly from this window. The update affected both the “Tasks” service and CRM
- We speeded up and improved the work of the AI assistant Wiki in the bot. Added visual responsiveness — now she writes the answer in parts
- You can now update task tags via the public API
- Added export of tasks from archived projects — if you select “All projects” when exporting, then tasks from archived projects will also be taken into account
- In profile settings you can now enter the date using the keyboard
- Dates in your profile are now displayed in the format selected in settings
- Changed warnings about approaching the limit of participants, funnels, documents, projects. Now in modal windows you can see if there is a little bit left before the limit
- Added an update for guest access when there are changes in domain settings. If you first invited a guest and then set a domain restriction, you can maintain their access through the settings
New in CRM
- In the “Contacts” and “Companies” sections, filters have been improved and sorting has been added. And also display custom fields — you can select the ones you need in the section settings
- Added transactions related to them to the profiles of contacts and companies
Windows and MacOS applications
Now in desktop applications you can download files and open links within applications
iOS app
- Updated the appearance of the calendar. Days for which tasks are scheduled are now marked with a dot
- Corrected the display of long tasks. Previously, they were displayed only on the deadline day, but now — on every day, just like in the web version
- Updated switching between viewing modes at the top of the screen. And we added an open project icon next to it to make it easy to navigate

- Users without names were not displayed in filters — fixed
- Only part of the archived notifications were displayed — fixed
- When setting filters for custom fields of users and approvers, drop-down lists did not open — fixed
- There was an error when creating a task in the monthly calendar — it was fixed
- After moving from project to project, the board was displayed in the old project — fixed
