Finally! We have finally released a completely new version of WEEEK for Android. It looks and feels like a natural extension of the web version.

Written from scratch

We made the previous version of the app on React, so the performance was not very good.

The new version is written from scratch in Kotlin, works faster and more stable. So you can safely rely on WEEEK when planning your tasks — it will not let you down.

Interface as in the web version

Visually, the app has also completely changed. Previously, it was not similar to either the web version or its iOS counterpart. The interface was, frankly, not convenient.

But that’s all in the past.

We listened to all user reviews and tried to make the interface of the new version as convenient, simple and clear as possible. The app looks like a web version, so you won’t have to get used to it again.

New opportunity

All the cool features that worked in the old version are still in place. New ones were added to them:

  • notifications are now available, so you won’t miss important events in your tasks and projects;
  • filters have been added to the calendar so that you can quickly find the tasks you need;
  • within tasks, you can change the boards they belong to;
  • you can set tasks in two ways: quick (just tap on the “New task” field at the top of the task list) or full (click on the “New task” button in the lower menu).

We are already working on the next update, which will add the ability to work with files and leave comments in issues. In the meantime, install the app on your smartphone, manage tasks, rate it, and share your feedback on Google Play. If you have any questions about work or ideas for improving the service, write to our telegram chat.
