Last week, the speakers were made programmable. Weeek workspace management is now even more flexible. We will tell you more about how this works.
1. Programmable Speakers
To program a column, click on the settings icon next to the column name:
You will see a window with the parameters that can be set for the column.
You can:
- Leave the column unchanged by selecting the “Do nothing” option.
2. For the column to delete tasks that you transfer to it, select the “Delete task” option.
3. Tasks transferred to the column will be automatically executed when the “Complete task” parameter is active.
4. Among the settings are also:
a) type
b) date
c) priority,
d) executor.
Now it is not necessary to dive into the internal task card to ask it any of these parameters. Just drag the desired task into the column: the necessary parameter (type, date, priority, responsible) will immediately be displayed on the external card.
5. If you use the Pomodoro timer, set the column to start the Pomodoro timer. So when you transfer the task to the column, the timer will automatically turn on.
6. You can also copy and move tasks to different boards, columns, and groups.
How does it work?
Program the speakers to fit your specifications. For a task to fall under a parameter, it must be moved inside the column after setting (this is required).
2. Drag and drop tasks into boards and groups
With drag and drop between the columns and their programming sorted out. But this is not all the news for today.
Another update: now it is not necessary to dive into a task to select a group for it or move it to another board. Now you can simply drag the task!
Such are the things! We are waiting for your feedback, comments, comments, and suggestions in our Telegram chat :)
